Can I reserve more than one room at a time?
Yes you can! If you wish to reserve several rooms you can do so at step 3. However, you start by simply filling in one room, the number of persons and the type of room. Once you have entered the first room, you can add supplementary rooms at step 3. At the end, you simply fill in your personal details once and pay. It’s that easy.
I received a 'no rooms available' message. What do I do now?
It is possible that the type of room of arrangement you are trying to book is unavailable via deze website. In that case please contact reception on tel. no. +31 (0)347 - 750 428, since we may have additional rooms.
Do I have to pay online? What payment options are available?
To complete your reservation you have to pay online. You can use a credit card (Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express or Visa Card) or through Rabo Direct Betalen. Residents from The Netherlands may also pay by an one-off direct debit. Other payment options are only available if you reserve by telephone on +31 (0)347 - 750 428.
Will my down payment be returned if I cancel my reservation?
If you wish to cancel your reservation in part or in full, the down payment will be refunded in accordance with the Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Of course, but only if you request permission in advance from our reception desk. Please notice that there are extra costs involved.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can check into the hotel on your arrival day from 3.00 p.m. On the day of your departure you should check out by 12.00 a.m.
